Satu Koskimies has started as a Project Manager

Sartar’s year starts with fantastic recruitment news, as we have welcomed the highly experienced Satu Koskimies to our team!

The upcoming year at Sartar means the manufacturing of our investigational drug and the preparations of a clinical trial. Satu works as a project manager, participating in the promotion and development of both of these key areas.

“We had a very successful recruitment round last autumn and received dozens of really good applications. Of these, Satu and Charlotta (Head of Clinical Development) were selected to complete our team, and we are very pleased with the end result,” says the company’s CEO Mikael Maksimow.

Sartar’s CDO Maria Lahtinen is delighted that the percentage of Turku residents in the team has increased significantly 😉 “We are very happy to have Satu’s very diverse experience in different areas of drug development. At this stage, Sartar sought top experts in many areas of development and found them, which is a huge asset for the company,” says Maria.

Satu herself comments: “It’s great to be joining Sartar’s wonderful team! Together we will definitely get things moving forward and the start of the first clinical trial is the milestone the whole team is waiting to complete. And, as we know, 1+1>2 or in this case 3+2>5.”
